By accessing or using Tubiqo's website, services, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. About Us
Tubiqo is the trading name of TUBIQO MEDIA ADVERTISING. We provide digital marketing services including YouTube advertising delivered via authorised Google Ads campaigns, Meta Ads, Google Search/Display Ads, SEO, web development, and email marketing.
3. Services
Our services include but are not limited to YouTube view campaigns, paid social, search, display, SEO, and creative services. All advertising is executed using legitimate platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and complies with the respective platforms' terms.
4. Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities
- You must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter contracts.
- The video, brand, or property you submit for promotion must be lawfully owned or licensed by you.
- You warrant that the content you ask us to promote does not violate YouTube's, Google Ads', Meta's, or any other platform's policies.
- Videos longer than 5 minutes are not supported for standard YouTube campaigns. Please contact support before placing such orders.
5. Delivery Timeline
Campaign processing typically starts within 24–72 hours, subject to Google Ads / Meta Ads campaign review. In some cases, delivery timelines may extend up to 14 days, depending on platform review processes and campaign requirements.
6. Prohibited Content
We do not promote content that violates platform policies. This includes (but is not limited to): hate speech, adult/sexual content, violence, misinformation, copyrighted material used without permission, illegal goods or services, and any content restricted under Google Ads or Meta Ads guidelines. Orders for such content may be cancelled.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed via Razorpay, PayPal, and other approved payment gateways. Taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Intellectual Property
The Tubiqo name, logo, website design, and content are the property of TUBIQO MEDIA ADVERTISING. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tubiqo's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Tubiqo is an independent advertising service and is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, Alphabet Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., or any other third-party platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
