Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review our order and refund policy before opening a case:

3-Hour Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within the first 3 hours of purchase only. Cancellation requests submitted after 3 hours may not be eligible because campaign preparation or processing may already be underway.

Delivery Timeline

Campaigns typically begin within 24–72 hours after approval and processing. In some cases, delivery timelines may extend up to 14 days depending on campaign requirements and platform review processes.

Order Placed by Mistake

If an order was placed by mistake, please contact us within the 3-hour cancellation window at support@tubiqo.com and we'll process your refund.

Policy-Noncompliant Content

Orders involving prohibited or policy-noncompliant content may be cancelled and may qualify for a refund if campaigns cannot proceed.

Video Length Restriction

Videos longer than 5 minutes are not supported for standard campaigns. Customers wanting campaigns for videos longer than 5 minutes should contact support before placing an order.

Before You File a Case

For assistance, please contact our support team before filing a case. Email support@tubiqo.com with your order ID — we typically respond within a few hours and resolve most concerns directly.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
