Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and when your digital service is delivered.

Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

TUBIQO MEDIA ADVERTISING provides digital marketing services. No physical goods are shipped. All services are delivered electronically through advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Order Processing Time

After successful payment, our team reviews the order and prepares the campaign. Typical processing begins within 24–72 hours, subject to platform review (e.g., Google Ads ad approval).

Delivery Window

Once the campaign is live, views/engagement begin delivering automatically. Total delivery duration depends on the package size and platform pacing. In some cases, delivery timelines may extend up to 14 days, depending on campaign requirements and platform review processes.

Order Status Updates

You will receive WhatsApp / email updates at each major stage: order received, campaign created, campaign live, and campaign delivered. You can also track your order at any time via the Track Order page using your order ID and email.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to platform policy reviews, ad approval queues, or content compliance checks beyond our direct control. We will keep you informed throughout.

Failed Delivery

If a campaign cannot proceed (e.g., the submitted video is removed by YouTube before launch, or the content fails platform policy review) we will inform you and process a refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
