Service Description
Tubiqo provides YouTube views through Google Ads advertising campaigns. We act as an authorized Google Ads advertiser running campaigns on behalf of our clients. All views are real and delivered through YouTube's official advertising platform.
Delivery Timeline
Order processing typically begins within 24–72 hours, contingent on Google Ads campaign approval. Once approved, views start delivering automatically and cannot be stopped.
Content Policy
We do not promote videos that violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Google Ads policies. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: hate speech, adult content, misinformation, violence, copyright violations, and any content restricted under Google Ads guidelines. All orders are manually reviewed prior to campaign launch.
Automated System Disclaimer
Our delivery system is fully automated. Once a campaign is launched on Google Ads, the views are delivered by Google's infrastructure and are entirely outside of Tubiqo's manual control.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not affiliated with YouTube, Google, or Alphabet Inc.
Refund Policy
2-Hour Cancellation Window
Order cancellation is only allowed within the first 2 hours after purchase. Within this window, you may request a full cancellation and 100% refund. After 2 hours, the order is locked and cannot be cancelled.
No Refunds After 2 Hours
Once the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, refunds are not provided under any circumstances — including, but not limited to:
- You delete or unlist your video after the campaign has started
- YouTube removes or restricts your video for any reason
- Your channel is suspended or terminated
- You change your mind about the campaign
This is because once the campaign is active on Google Ads, the ad spend is committed and the delivery is automated by Google's systems.
Special Cases — Up to 30% Partial Refund
In rare special cases, after manual review, Tubiqo may consider a partial refund of up to 30% — provided the customer can present a valid, verifiable reason. The decision is at the sole discretion of Tubiqo, and applies only when the campaign has been demonstrably interrupted through no fault of the customer or Tubiqo (e.g., Google Ads platform-wide outage).
How to Request Cancellation (within 2 hours)
Contact our support team via email at help@Tubiqo.com or WhatsApp with your order ID within 2 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
By placing an order on Tubiqo, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy in its entirety.
